The Young Person’s Team, within the Substance Support Service in NE Lincs, have put together two questionnaires for both young people and adults. It will help the Team to ensure their services and interventions continue to be tailored correctly and keep in line with local need.
The Young Person’s Team wants to hear from you and receive your response. The questionnaires are anonymous. Where possible anyone working or living with young people in NE Lincs can support the completion of their questionnaire, as well as complete the adult questionnaire yourselves.
