Common Vision are working in collaboration with Arts Council England to conduct research into young people’s views on culture, creativity and cultural education.
The questionnaire is open to young people aged under-25 in England. It will take around 10 minutes to complete.
Respondents will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a £50 voucher.
