Below is a volunter description for the Circles Project run by Humbercare Ltd.
Page 27 of the MAPPA report highlights the case of Maria (not her real name). Forced to leave the north bank, she was given temporary accommodation in the Grimsby area through Humbercare’s housing project which is in Grimsby. Without friends or family and with deep rooted mental health problems, and a conviction for a serious offence, Circles was asked to help. After two years the circle ended, without Maria causing further problems and an improvement in her mental health and social engagement.
