TRANSforming Futures is a five-year project by the National Lottery Community Fund. It is managed by the TRANSforming Futures Partnership which aims to create lasting change for trans communities in the healthcare and criminal justice systems.
Funding is intended to support equality-focused projects which improve outcomes for trans people in the following areas:
- Healthcare.
- Criminal Justice.
- Under 18s (relating to health and justice).
Grants of up to £25,000 are available.
