The King’s Fund are looking for projects and case studies that explore how innovative and positively disruptive ideas can be developed into practical approaches to meeting challenges facing the health and social care workforce.
These projects and case studies will encourage others to explore the possibility of introducing similarly mould-breaking mindsets in their own organisations in areas such as recruitment, retention, wellbeing, and equity, diversity and inclusion.
The event will aim to:
- encourage senior leaders in integrated care systems, providers, public health and social care to think about how innovation becomes possible
- inspire and catalyse new, imaginative approaches to seize opportunities as workforce responsibilities are devolved.
