The Grimsby Creates Creative Ambition Pilot Fund is an amount of money provided to an applicant to act as an ‘enabler’ to allow something to happen. This could be development work on a creative project, testing ideas or working with experts from different fields to build creative projects.
For Grimsby Creates, the specific aims of the CAP Fund are to:
- provide the opportunity to develop an ambitious and innovative idea which can then be upscaled
- develop new projects especially between
- Local creatives and non arts organisations
- Local organisations and National Portfolio Organisations (NPO) or those who have applied to be a NPO from 2023.
- be taken forward as a larger project in the medium term, eligible for funding directly from Arts Council England or other funds.
