The Carers’ Support Service: Carers Training and Information Officer

Type of Post: Permanent

Hours of work: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work on a rota basis.

Accountability: You will be line managed by the Service Delivery Manager in North Lincolnshire.

Salary: £21,748 Pro-Rata, per annum, based on 37 hours per week.

Location: Dual locations: 11 Redcombe Lane, Brigg, DN20 8AU and 1 Town Hall Square Grimsby, DN31 1HY. Your named base will be your nearest location.

Travel: Regular weekly travel between both locations. The expectation is that your time will be split equally between locations.

Looking after family or friends who are ill, frail, disabled, have a substance misuse or mental health problem can be challenging. What makes it more challenging is not having the information, skills and knowledge to care safely and well. That’s where you come in.
