Test, Trace and Isolate assistants

Deadline 16th March 2021

The roles are 3 full time contracts until the end of September (but could be extended),  with o NELC and ERA.

from ERA:

I have a great short term job opportunity working with our client NELC. Do you know of suitable candidates who could be interested in this.

“We are looking for passionate people with good customer service skills and communication skills to be able to assist our local community and council with the track and tracing service.   Candidates must be well presented and polite and understand the importance of customer service in all aspects of it and how to conduct themselves professionally.  Corporate training will be given and full uniform provided.

North East Lincolnshire Council has produced a COVID-19 Outbreak Control Plan.  A key part of that plan relates to preventing outbreaks of COVID-19 in high-risk places, locations and communities in North East Lincolnshire.  Another part of the plan is focused on testing key workers and members of the public who cannot work from home, this then links in with supporting the national contact tracing service with a local approach to contact tracing within the borough.

Act as a Test, Trace and Isolate Support Assistant offering advice and support to members of the public in their homes and communities.  In particular, ensure that people are adhering to legislation and guidance around isolation periods, social distancing, face coverings hand hygiene and other COVID related government guidance.”

If you can think of suitable people  then please ask those individuals to get in touch with me.  It is very important that we get the right people skills for this role.

I have attached the job details and application form for completion and return to me asap.

The closing date for applications is next Tuesday 16th .   We are looking for 2/3 recruits to start as soon as possible with a contract that will run until end of September 2021, but could be extended.
