This survey aims to identify the Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations in North East Lincolnshire that offer support and services to people living with frailty.
By gathering this information, the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board hope to strengthen their engagement with relevant VCSE partners, and gain a clearer understanding of the crucial role these organisations already play in supporting the community.
