Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire is seeking feedback from people who receive support at home or their informal carers.
They would like to hear from you about:
- The services you currently receive
- What difference these services make to you or your informal carer?
- What changes you would like to see?

This initial consultation is part of a larger piece of work, which you can get involved in. Healthwatch wants to work with you to co-produce the support at home services for the future.
