North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) would like to speak to parents and carers about mental health during and after pregnancy, parent and baby bonding, and formula feeding and breastfeeding.
This is a part of the Council’s Start for Life programme to plan a well-informed approach to getting key messages out to the community on these topics and services to parents and carers across the community.
