Santander Foundation – Financial and Digital Empowerment Fund

Santander Foundation is providing and administering the Financial and Digital Empowerment Fund. The fund forms a key part of the Foundation’s strategy for 2021 to 2024, through which it is seeking to help people become digitally and financially empowered.

The purpose of the fund is to support charitable organisations that are working with people in society who are experiencing disadvantage – whether through

  • Age
  • Education
  • Income
  • Disability
  • Unemployment

To equip them with improved digital and financial literacy skills.

Grants are for a period of three years. Successful applicants may request differing amounts in each of the three years, with a minimum of £25,000 in any one year.

Applications will be accepted from charitable and social enterprise organisations with an annual income above £75,000.
