Prevent Training Courses Now Live
We are pleased to confirm that the new and improved awareness and referrals courses on the new Prevent eLearning service, Prevent duty training: Learn how to support people vulnerable to radicalisation www.support-people-vulnerable-to-radicalisation.service.gov.uk is now in public beta. The new courses are designed to equip you with inclusive, unbiased and reliable information giving you the knowledge and confidence to support and safeguard the general public against radicalisation. The new service:
- is in the GOV.UK style
- is fully accessible
- includes two new animations
- contains two new real-life case studies focusing on Islamist and extreme-right wing behaviours
Please let colleagues know that the new service is available. Whilst the service has been designed and tested with real users over a series of iteration rounds during last few years, we would welcome any feedback and encourage users to complete the survey located at the end of each course.
We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all those have supported the development of the service and given up their time for user testing and interviews. You input has been invaluable. If you have any questions, please email prevent.training@homeoffice.gov.uk
