The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) is to share with the market North East Lincolnshire Council’s (the Authority) ideas for the creation and development of secondary Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) provision in North East Lincolnshire, gather feedback on these ideas and to seek ideas about opportunities and innovation in the market.
