Role Purpose: Drive the sustainability and growth of the Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby! Manage estates effectively, stabilise finances, generate income, and engage the community. Focus on property improvements while boosting membership and public involvement through dynamic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Clerk and trustees with essential tasks.
- Estate Operations: Oversee operations, customer service, ground rents, arrears, projects, tenant relations, data management, and administration.
- Deputy Clerk Duties: Step in as needed, liaising with estate agents, surveyors, and solicitors.
- Community Engagement: Support membership growth and Freemen projects, ensuring smooth operations and strategic plan execution.
- Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to tenants and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage rent arrears, implementing effective strategies to reduce balances.
- Project Coordination: Ensure estate-related projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and input data into relevant software systems.
- Governance and Compliance: Assist in implementing the charity’s governance and compliance measures.
