Open High Streets Event (Hull City Council)

Hull City Council require the services of an event company to design, develop and manage a socially distanced and COVID compliant event for the city that can be rolled out across the city centre once the city returns to Tier 2 in February/March 2021.

The concept is for the city centre to host a number of installations/interventions across the city centre to remind residents that the city centre has reopened and is a place to visit/shop and engage with.
