Oasis Hub South Grimsby are seeking a motivated Lead Youth Worker. The role involves developing positive activities for young people in the community. Some of the key responsibilities include: –
• Building positive relationships with staff and young people.
• Plan and lead open access youth club sessions and targeted workshops with young people.
• Empowering young people to participate in volunteering opportunities.
This role forms part of a large community hub team based in South Grimsby and supported by the Hub Leader.
