NHS Volunteer Responders scheme evaluation

This survey is part of an evaluation of the NHSVR scheme, commissioned by NHS England and Improvement, and being carried out by Traverse. They are interested in understanding more about the role that the scheme has played in your system or local area, and the changes that would make the scheme most useful in your area in the future.

The NHS Volunteer Responders scheme is a national, app-based, volunteering scheme set up in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. It was developed by NHS England and Royal Voluntary Service, working in partnership with GoodSAM. It is also referred to as the Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) scheme, and the GoodSAM app. It is refer to it through out as the NHSVR scheme.

This survey is going out to stakeholders from across the NHS, Voluntary and Community Sector, and Local Authorities. This means that not all questions will feel relevant for all people, and you can select “don’t know” where appropriate.
