New ‘Resilience Hub’ for health and social care staff and volunteers

A new emotional well-being support service has been launched in the Humber Coast and Vale area (which includes North East Lincolnshire). Support is open to all health staff, all care home and social care staff, students deployed during Covid, and also the Voluntary Sector including volunteers. It is a fully confidential service and can be accessed by self-referral as well as via numerous other routes.

The Resilience Hub website can be found here: www.hcvresiliencehub.nhs.uk

Anyone is welcome to contact the Hub email at tewv.hcv-resiliencehub@nhs.net

The Humber, Coast and Vale  Resilience Hub launched on 22nd February 2021 to provide NHS staff, healthcare workers, and other frontline staff adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with timely, confidential, culturally-competent, psychological & trauma-informed care via a stepped care model of emotional well-being.  The service will be completely confidential and will offer advice and support that can help people with a range of issues.

The Resilience Hub is commissioned by NHS England via the Humber, Coast and Vale Partnership and is being delivered by Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, NAViGO, and City Health Care Partnership (CHCP) in a partnership approach.

Humber Coast and Vale would also like to invite you/your staff to the following workshop:
