Warm spaces are safe and welcoming places in the community which provide warmth to those facing hardship in the cost of living crisis.
North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) offered financial support through the Household Support fund (provided by the Department for Work and Pensions) for refreshments, snacks and resources for low cost activities. Click here to visit NELC website.
If you are an organisation who hasn’t engaged as a Warm Space before and would like to be considered for funding, please email sharon.taylor@nelincs.gov.uk with details of your offer, duration, potential number of persons reached and estimated cost.
