The HCP Equality and Inclusion Steering Group have drafted an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy for North East Lincolnshire (see attachment).

There are two surveys which they would like you to disseminate to your staff and service users to enable them to engage and gather feedback on their draft strategy.

This is one part of their plan to involve people in developing the strategy further and moving to implementing the actions in it.

The survey is available electronically via the links below as well as being downloadable for you to issue paper copies if that works better for you:-
