NEL Children & Young People Occupational Therapy

Deadline 21st April 2021

Occupational therapy aims to support children and young people to meet their daily physical, sensory, learning and self-care needs. Their aim is to help children improve their ability to live as independently as possible so that they can participate in the activities that are important to them. Occupational Therapists do this by identifying challenges in their everyday lives. We want to ensure the right support and services are in place to help you to understand, manage and reduce or resolve their symptoms where possible.

This survey can be completed by a family member or the child / young person accessing the service.  For an even greater understanding of your views, it could be answered together.
