The Local Government Association (LGA) recently launched their refreshed National Procurement Strategy for Local Government in England and accompanying toolkit. This aims to support councils of all types, sizes and locations to maximise opportunities in their supply chains.
The strategy emphasises delivering value and adding social value in procurement and supply chains and provides councils with an opportunity to continue measuring improvement.
