DLUHC has, today (1 August), announced the £9 million Levelling Up Parks Fund which will improve access to green space in over 100 neighbourhoods.
The Fund will create new and improved parks in urban areas, from community gardens to formal greens and town parks – councils will be able to choose the nature and location of the new or improved parks in their local area.
The prospectus sets out how the Fund will operate in England.
