Formed by three of the leading care providers Age UK, Carelink and Friendship at Home, North East Lincolnshire, Later Life Partnership NEL aims to provide a joined-up holistic approach to services for older people within North East Lincolnshire. By working together the aim is to reduce isolation and loneliness, as well as promoting independence, choice and wellbeing.
