Humber and North Yorkshire LMNS (Local Maternity and Neonatal System) is committed to supporting young people aged 16–18 who are interested in a future career in midwifery and are seeking valuable volunteering experience.
To achieve this, LMNS aims to collaborate with partners across the region to develop a clear pathway that offers hands-on experience, insight into maternity services, and exposure to a range of roles within the health sector. This initiative will not only inspire the next generation of midwives but also help build a more diverse and skilled workforce in maternal healthcare.
