The Impetus Leadership Academy is a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles and contribute to the national conversation on issues facing young people from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK.
They are opening up applications for their 3rd cohort to 10-12 individuals.
The programme is free to those participating including the cover of expenses such as travel, accommodation etc.
