Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System our approach to public and patient engagement

Sent on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group:

Deadline 30th April 2022

In North East Lincolnshire we have been working to a shared set of principles for how we talk, listen and work together with our communities since 2018. Talking, Listening and Working Together was created by the CCG, council, members of the community and representatives from local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector working as equal partners. This commitment is at the heart of the emerging North East Lincolnshire Health and Care Partnership (HCP) and will continue to drive community engagement and involvement to shape the local services that support us here in North East Lincolnshire.

However, some health services are used by populations bigger than North East Lincolnshire. The wider Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care integrated care system would like to ensure it also has the right and consistent conversations with people living across the region about important services they share.

You are being invited to help shape the public and patient involvement strategy being developed by the ICS to help communities have a say in those wider services that are shared by patients living across the Humber and North Yorkshire region.

You can access an online questionnaire by visiting the following link which takes you to an external secure survey site, it will take about 15 minutes of your time. If you would like to request a paper copy of the questionnaire please contact
