The DLUHC has tasked the Centre for Homelessness Impact to develop a program to identify cost-effective, evidence-based strategies for improving outcomes for those at risk of homelessness. Councils and third-sector organisations are invited to participate in the Test & Learn projects, with some providing funding for service delivery.
