Final evaluation report released!
Since the delivery of the Humber and North Yorkshire Green Social Prescribing Test and Learn programme, Defra released the final evaluation of the national GSP programme that ran from 2021 to 2023. The finds are based on data, insight and learning from the seven test and learn sites in England of which Humber and North Yorkshire was one.
