A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to support young people in North and North East Lincolnshire to have their say in how health services are planned and delivered.
The role will involve recruiting and training young people as community connectors to enable them to listen to the experiences of their peers and use this to drive change.
The overall objective of the post is to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of Healthwatch volunteers across both Healthwatch teams in North and North East Lincolnshire, and ensure they can contribute fully to the work of the organisation.
