West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership (HCP) have an online coaching platform which aims to support coachees and coaches to register and find each other, to aid and support cross-organisational coaching and provide a more efficient and effective way of managing coaching relationships.
The following coaching will support health and care organisations with a professional coaching service to:
- support inclusion
- develop leadership
- encourage career development
- aid retention
