Lichfields has been commissioned by North East Lincolnshire Council to undertake a study which considers the market for town centre living in Grimsby.
Alongside other regeneration projects, the Council is keen to develop a new housing offer in the Grimsby town centre and Alexandra Dock areas. The following short survey for employees of businesses based in/near the town centre seeks to understand current and future housing choices.
