The Authority is seeking to appoint a Provider to develop a Public Art Approach for North East Lincolnshire to enhance the borough’s cultural offer, visitor economy, skills and talent retention, wellbeing and civic pride. We are specifically seeking help with drawing together the existing public art knowledge, understanding public art’s place in the newly developed Creativity Strategy and future public art in the borough. The Authority expects the Provider to work in partnership with local creatives to deliver a strategic framework that provides a legacy for the Grimsby Creates Programme.
