ICS Co-production Workshop: Co-production Case Study
December 1 @ 10:00 AM - 10:45 PM
Current legislative changes around the development of Integrated Care systems and place-based partnerships provide a great opportunity for us to step up how we involve people and communities in how health and care are delivered. Co-producing services with people and communities in this way is shown to improve outcomes for people, reduce health inequalities and improve service delivery.
This workshop explores a range of tools you can use to co-produce service design and delivery at all levels with the people that use them.
Co-production Case Study Workshop – 1st December 2021 (10-10:45am)
In this 45 minute virtual workshop Julie Clayton, Head of Communications and Engagement, North Cumbria will introduce The Copeland Community Stroke Prevention Project. You will hear how a range of organisations, groups and individuals came together to help reduce the number of people who end up in hospital after a stroke.
Members of the group will also talk about the impact of the events they held and how they adapted to life with covid.
This workshop will also give you the opportunity to explore different ways in how you may build co-production into your work and hear from those supporting the NHS about the challenges they face.
