Dementia Action Week 2024 is nearly here!
You are invited to attend the North East Lincolnshire Dementia Conference on 16th May.
This local conference has been developed collaboratively by Alzheimer’s Society, NAVIGO Memory Service and Admiral Nurses.
They recognise that getting a dementia diagnosis is vital. Vital to give people access to the care, treatment and support they deserve.
