Subject: Evan Cornish Grassroots Fund open to receive applications
Grants of up to £5,000.00 are available from the Evan Cornish Grassroots Fund and the Foundation would like to invite local groups, charities and organisations operating in Lincolnshire (including North and North East Lincolnshire) to apply. Whilst requests for support don’t necessarily need to address issues due to the impact of Covid-19, priority may be given to services that address loneliness & isolation, food poverty, mental health etc. In all cases, projects should benefit those who are vulnerable and/or isolated and live in Greater Lincolnshire. Community groups can apply for a contribution towards running costs, equipment, volunteer costs and resources.
Applications from groups that have previously been successful will be considered, provided they’ve spent and reported upon the outcomes achieved.
Eligibility: Not for profit volunteer led groups, social enterprises, community interest companies that have a governing document, accounts, bank account and relevant policies and procedures. Foundation staff can give advice about these matters if required;
Themes: Social Cohesion, Advice & Support, Older People and Food Security.
The next closing date for receipt of completed applications is on 1 October 2020. To obtain an Application Form or to chat about your project, please contact Sue Fortune on 01529 305825 or by downloading details from the Grants Page @ lincolsnhirecf.co.uk.
