The workshop will be facilitated by Anjum Mouj, EDI Consultant and is designed to allow leaders to reflect on their personal, organisational and team’s confidence and understanding of delivering a service that is truly reflective of the communities that we serve. Having discussed this with many VCSE organisations, there is a feeling that, whilst everyone owns an EDI policy, most admit that they would not consider their teams fully confident to understand how their policy translate to practise. This will allow us to explore our current position, our training needs, as well as how we want to develop this and create effective EDI Strategies across the sector.
We have aimed the workshop at the most senior person in your team and are able to offer one place per organisation. Please contact amy@nbforum.org.uk
