Energy Saving Trust, appointed by Ofgem, is distributing £40 million in grants to charities and community energy groups helping those at risk from cold homes and high energy bills. The scheme runs until 2026 and funds projects that support vulnerable people, develop innovative energy solutions, and empower communities to cut carbon emissions.

- Charities, CICs, Co-ops, and Community Benefit Societies
- Community energy groups

- Main Fund & Small Fund – For charities delivering energy-related projects
- Carbon Emissions Reduction Fund, Innovation Fund & Just Transition Fund – For community energy groups
Minimum grant: £20,000 – Ensuring impactful, high-quality projects
