The Department for Education would like your views on changes to the home education guidance. The input from those of you who are interested, such as local authorities, home educating parents, schools, out-of-school settings, and charities, are welcome.
This guidance will help to give a clear understanding of the roles and legal responsibilities around elective home education to ensure children will receive suitable education.
