Year Three of our Breakthrough HNY Workforce Transformation programme is drawing to a close. Thank you for participating – as a result of your commitment and creativity, we’ve made great progress. In 2025/26 we want to go even further and faster on workforce challenges we all share, building on the significant work we have already achieved together.
We are now developing plans for the next phase of the programme, including our shared priorities for 2025/2026. We are running a survey to understand what people in our workforce think should be included.
In the above short survey, we suggest themes that could feature in the 2025/26 programme, in addition to continuing the build on the progress in our current workstreams.
With your input, our 2025/26 People transformation programme will continue to be focused on what matters to you. Please contribute your views as soon as possible and by 7 February 2025.
