Creating Positive Opportunity (CPO) invites you to their Open Day dedicated to those living with Dementia and their cares.
Enjoy complimentary refreshments and a variety of delicious cakes while you tour the facilities. Their friendly team will be on hand to discuss their support groups and activities tailored to support those affected by Dementia and their carers.
