Humber and Wolds Rural Action (trading as Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council) is seeking a Delivery and Development manager to work with staff, Chief Executive and Board of Trustees to deliver the forward strategy of the organisation.
The successful candidate will:
Deliver:
- Work directly with staff, assisting them to deliver, monitor, evaluate and report upon project and service activity
- Provide quality and effective staff support and supervision
- Ensure project delivery is within allocated budgets
- Work with the staff team, Chief Executive and Board of Trustees to deliver the strategic objectives within good governance standards
Develop:
- By working with staff, identify and create opportunities to develop skills, knowledge and experiences which will assist in the delivery of the organisational strategy
- Identify and create opportunities to develop current and future projects and services guided by the organisational strategy
- Work with, and develop, current and new relationships and partnerships at a local, regional and national level
- Contribute to the ongoing sustainability, development and longevity of Humber and Wolds Rural Action
