Simply Connect is a partnership project for the local community in the North East Lincolnshire area.
They aim to help individuals find community services, activities and support, whether they are struggling with issues or looking for new opportunities and experiences. They publicise organisations and activities for others to be signposted to, so they are able to find the help and support that individuals need.
Simply Connect is a non-profit organisation, and there are no charges for registering or using their service.
