This programme is aimed at advancing smart government solutions to tackle homelessness.
For this project, people experiencing, or at risk of rough sleeping, will have access to a budget of up to £4,000. The money will be held by a caseworker who will undertake a collaborative application process to decide how this money would be spent to prevent or alleviate homelessness.
This personalised budget can be spent on anything ranging from a laptop, a sofa, driving licence or art therapy.
