Oasis is seeking an experienced Lead Youth Worker to join their team in South Grimsby, delivering engaging programmes that support the personal and social development of local young people.

Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and run a youth mentoring programme
  • Collaborate with the R-evolution team to deliver a bike mechanics education programme
  • Lead targeted youth activities (e.g. sports, arts, drama)
  • Line manage sessional staff and volunteers
  • Encourage youth participation in volunteering and leadership opportunities
