The P F Charitable Trust is a London-based, family-run grant-making charity established in 1965. It supports a wide range of charitable causes across the UK, with a focus on:

Trusthouse Charitable Foundation Grants

The Trusthouse Charitable Foundation offers grants to small and medium-sized charities and not-for-profit organisations in the UK. These grants support projects that address deprivation and disadvantage in urban and rural communities.

Funding can be used for core costs, salaries, running expenses, and project costs.

Eligible organisations must be located in areas of significant need and have a turnover of up to  £250,000 for Small Grants, and up to £500,000 for Major Grants.

National Lottery – Solidarity Fund

Application deadline: Ongoing

The National Lottery’s Solidarity Fund supports charities and not-for-profit organisations in England that tackle inequality, including poverty, disadvantage, and discrimination.

Grants range from £1 million to £5 million for projects lasting 5 to 10 years. Eligible organisations must be led by people with lived experience of the issues they aim to address.

The Steel Charitable Trust: UK Under-26 Fund

Deadline: 15th July 2025

The Steel Charitable Trust’s UK Under 26 Fund supports projects aimed at improving outcomes for children and young people across the UK.

The fund focuses on creating educational and access opportunities for young people facing economic hardship or social marginalisation, helping to reduce disadvantages that may impact their future.

All grants are for restricted funding, but can include clearly defined running or capital costs—such as salaries for named roles, specific IT improvements, or building renovations.

Easyfundraising Donation Day

Get a share of free unrestricted funding this summer

So far this year, over £3.5m in unrestricted funding has been donated to community groups and good causes through the easyfundraising platform. In August, a further £1million will be paid out. Get your organisation signed up to easyfundraising now so you don’t miss out on this free funding.

How does it work?

Through this free to use website, thousands of online retailers will donate money to your organisation when you and your volunteers, staff, trustees and supporters shop with them. Retailers who donate include Tesco, trainline, eBay, Boots, Argos, Just Eat, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, Asda, Booking.com and 8,000 other well-known names.

Every three months, the donations your supporters have raised through their shopping is paid to your organisation, to spend on whatever you need. No forms to fill in and no fees to pay. easyfundraising is already trusted by lots of good causes in the area.

Wellbeing of Women – Women’s Health Community Fund

Application Deadline: 15 June 2025

The Women’s Health Community Fund is designed to support small, grassroots organisations and community groups across the UK working to improve women’s health and access to information, especially for underrepresented communities.

Funding priorities include:

  • Improving information, education or support for menstrual health, menopause, and gynaecological conditions (e.g. PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, PMDD)
  • Projects supporting people often excluded from mainstream healthcare, including those from ethnic minority backgrounds, disabled people, and individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, or economic hardship.

Who can apply?
Applicants must be UK-based and dedicated to supporting communities within the UK.  Eligible organisations include non-profits, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and volunteer-led groups.

The fund provides support for successful applicants over a 12-month period, with grants ranging from £500 to £5000.

Women’s Health Community Fund – Wellbeing of Women

The Naturesave Trust

The May–June funding round is now accepting applications! The theme is “Nature Connection” – recognising the vital link between our wellbeing and the natural world. The Naturesave Trust is offering grants to support UK-based environmental projects.
