CARE is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Officer to be the first point of contact at their Grimsby Access Point Reception and Open House. The team works diligently to support those in need.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Greet visitors, answer calls, take messages, and direct enquiries to appropriate services.
- Record and manage client information confidentially and accurately.
- Maintain informational displays and manage databases.
