Barrow Cadbury Trust – COVID-19 Support Fund

No deadline but the programme will close as soon as there are enough applications to ensure the funds are spent.

Funding is available to charities and not-for-profit organisations in England for work that will relieve the hardship caused by the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic among refugees and asylum seekers and by migrants experiencing barriers to accessing services.

The maximum grant available is £50,000 or three months’ expenditure, whichever is less.

You can apply if:

  • Your organisation is a charity, company limited by guarantee or a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee registered in England with:
    • an income of between £10,000 and £1 million in your most recent year of operations;
    • at least three unrelated Trustees or, if you are a company, a Board with a majority of Directors (at least three unrelated) with no financial interest in the company.
  • Your organisation’s main purpose and activities are to support asylum seekers, refugees or migrants. If you are not sure whether or not you are eligible please email us on telling us your organisation’s name, a brief description of what you do and attaching your governing document. We will respond within two working days.
