The aim of the Fund is to help projects improve habitat and facilities for anglers.
Awards of up to a maximum of £5,000 will be considered for clubs and fisheries.
This application round, the funder is looking for ideas which can:
- Create sustainable habitats and passage for coarse fish, trout and eels, as well as projects that develop community or urban fisheries
- Enhance angling access by providing pegs and pathways for rivers and still waters
- Improve facilities and access for less able bodied anglers
As long as a project meets the eligibility criteria, the Angling Trust welcomes applications from a range of angling providers in England– individually or in partnership – including clubs, commercial fisheries, charities and local authorities.
